February  - Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper

The Episcopal Church of the Ridge will be hosting the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper from 6-7:30 PM at Trinity Parish Hall in Edgefield, SC. Admissions is $3.00 per person and "carry-out" plates will be available.

March  - 8th Annual Shamrock Run/Walk

March  - F. H. Wardlaw Academy - 30th Annual Patriots Pride Auction and BBQ

 - Peach Blossom Festival Beauty Pageant

Saturday, April

Featuring three divisions for young ladies ranging in age from infant to 20 years of age.   Winners will be expected to participate in Peach Blossom Festival Parade on May 4th.

April - March for Parks Earth Day Expo

Bettis Academy Campus  in Trenton, SC.  Sponsored by the National Parks Conservation Association to save endangered parks and historic sites.  Includes a Friday night fish fry and Saturday activities including an early morning walk, rides, concessions, entertainment and a silent auction.  Call Willa Lanham 803-649-7709 for more information.

May  - Johnston Peach Blossom Festival

held first weekend in May.  A celebration held in the Town of Johnston to coincide with the blooming of peach trees.  Friday night street dance. held third weekend on the Town Square in Trenton. September 2nd - Teacher of the Year /Support Staff of the Year /  Citizen of the Year banquet - STHS cafeteria Tickets $25.00 available at Edgefield County Chamber & Edgefield County School District office or any School Principal's Office. Nominating forms for Citizen of the Year are at the Chamber office.  Deadline to nominate someone is August 24th, deadline for tickets is August 24th.


September 27th - Edgefield Heritage Jubilee Festival

The Edgefield Heritage Jubilee 2014 will be on Main Street and around the beautiful Town Square.  Art, Crafts, Food Vendors, Bingo, Car & Motorcycle Show along with all day entertainment and Rides.   There will be a street dance on Saturday evening, this year featuring Jimbo Durham and Shag Attack.

Trenton Flyers Annual Candy Drop

 at the Edgefield County Airport, Yonce Field in Trenton.  Planes will be on display and candy will drop from the sky at 12:00 noon for the children.  Rain or shine the candy will flow.

 30th Annual Historic Edgefield County Christmas Parade @ 4:00 PM
